The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has recommended that an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) be established at all recognized higher education institutions in order to oversee the institution's quality improvement programs. IQAC helps the institution achieve its objectives of excellence, continual quality sustenance, improvement, and enhancement.
The IQAC advises the management on policy matters and has been important in creating quality standards for the college's numerous academic and administrative endeavors. In addition, it conducts workshops and seminars on quality-related topics in order to spread knowledge about the many quality characteristics of higher education. Along with preparing the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and the Self Study Report (SSR) to be submitted to the NAAC.
To envision a beacon of excellence, fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and holistic development for a transformative education experience.
To Promote academic excellence, encouraging research and innovation, and upholding values, our commitment is to give students and teachers enough courage to become self-reliant individuals who can contribute to the progress of the society.

To portray the status of higher education in the country, the Ministry of Education has endeavored to conduct an annual web-based All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) since 2010–11. The survey covers all the institutions in the country engaged in imparting higher education. Data is being collected on several parameters, such as teachers, student enrollment, programs, examination results, education finance, and infrastructure.
Indicators of educational development such as institution density, gross enrollment ratio, student-teacher ratio, gender parity index, and per-student expenditure will also be calculated from the data collected through AISHE. These are useful in making informed policy decisions and conducting research for the development of the education sector.
